Select from the following class offerings: Basic Knife Skills, Intro to Soups or Sauces, Poultry Fabrication and Cookery. Join Chef Patrick Mogridge in his magnificent and well-stocked home kitchen for an introductory Culinary Arts class focused on basic culinary skills and techniques that will help you find greater success in the kitchen. This private culinary fundamentals lesson for four (4) people will last from 2 to 2.5 hours and will introduce you to methods mastered by local Ventura County Chef, Patrick Mogridge. Chef Mogridge is classically trained with a degree in Culinary Management. He has 15 years of professional culinary experience including 10 years of industry coaching and professional teaching. He has experience teaching students ages 5-95. He also has extensive travel experience internationally, including training in Vienna, Austria, and living and working abroad in Amsterdam and the Netherlands.
